RandA adheres to the belief that a safe and supportive school environment is achievable through the effective management of student behaviour.

Our behaviour management strategies include tips on finding creative ways to promote positive behaviour in the classroom, while also trying to discourage negative behaviours (Rewards and Incentives) and Maintaining Discipline.

We hve courses on 'Creating a Positive Learning Environment' and 'Discipling Learners' (within the school's legal agreed disciplinary procedures).
