• A Qualified Nigerian Teacher : All Nigerian qualified teachers are required to register with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria, the official body charged with regulating and monitoring all levels of the teaching profession in private and public sectors. All qualified teachers are required to register with the agency to ensure verification that those who are appropriately trained and qualified perform the role. The Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria has published The Teachers Handbook and Code of Conduct to assist in enhancing levels of professionalism in the education sector.
